Profile
Dr. Julie Petherbridge is Director of the Master of Accountancy (MAcc) Program and an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Stetson School of Business and Economics. She received her bachelor degree in Accounting from Clayton State University in 1993. She worked in public accounting until 2001 when she chose to move her profession into academia. Dr. Petherbridge received her M.P.A. degree in 2002 and her Ph.D. in 2010 at Georgia State University. Her dissertation topic involved auditor's behavior in the PCAOB inspection process. In June 2007, Dr. Petherbridge attended the American Accounting Association Doctoral Consortium.
