Mercer’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Atlanta offers a truly flexible format; allowing students to work and study on their busy schedule and earn their degree in as few as 18 months. The MBA is for those interested in the management of human, material and financial resources in business, government and non–profit organizations.  

The MBA program asks its students to examine the relationship between businesses and society in order to enhance their awareness of the social dilemmas and value-conflicts that affect an organization's performance. Students develop a greater understanding of human behavior in organizations and the attitudes and skills necessary to achieve effective working relationships. Also, real-world experience is gained through collaborative projects with local companies and organizations.
