Navicent Health MBA

What happens when you blend business theory and principles with real-world application specific to the healthcare industry? A specialized cohort MBA is born.

Mercer’s Navicent Health Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program is tailored to meet the needs of individuals already employed as managers, as well as professionals preparing for advancement into middle management or administrative levels in healthcare. This cohort program offers a tailored advanced business curriculum that enhances the traditional MBA with a customized focus on the healthcare industry.

Mercer’s Navicent Health MBA is a 20-month cohort program, which means you will enroll and advance through the program with the same group of colleagues from Navicent Health. This consistency allows you to build new relationships and grow existing ones that will foster greater collaboration and success at work.

Classes are offered every other Friday on-site at the Peyton Anderson Health Education Center, offering Navicent Health employees an easy and convenient transition from work responsibilities to the classroom setting.

Mercer + Navicent Health: A Preferred Provider Partnership
Navicent Health has officially designated Mercer University as a preferred provider for employee educational opportunities, and Navicent Health employees may receive a tuition benefit to further support their educational goals and on-going professional development.

The Navicent Health MBA Program leads students in an examination of the relationship between business and society in order to heighten awareness of the social dilemmas and value conflicts that affect an organization's performance. Students will sharpen their analytical techniques, decision-making and critical thinking skills.

Individuals who successfully complete Mercer's Navicent Health MBA degree program can go on to work as business professionals in positions including: market researcher, financial analyst, healthcare administrator, supply chain analyst, customer engagement manager, account manager, business representative or associate brand and product management associate.
