Biography

Madeline A. Domino received her Ph.D. in MIS (major), Accounting (minor) from the University of South Florida and completed two years of post-doctoral studies in Accounting at the University of Central Florida.  She also earned an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida and a B.S. in accounting from Florida State University. 
Dr. Domino's primary teaching interests are in Auditing, Forensic Accounting, and Accounting Information Systems.  She also has experience teaching Financial and Managerial Accounting and has won a number of teaching awards. 

Her research interests center on ethics of accountants, fraud, forensic accounting, auditors' decision-making and collaborative processes in accounting information systems development.  Recent publications include Journal of Business Ethics, Strategic Organizations and The Accounting Research Journal.

Dr. Domino is an active member of the American Accounting Association (AAA) and National Association of Valuation Analysts (NAVCA).  She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MFFA) and serves on the State Board of Accountancy Continuing Education Committee for the State of Florida.
