The Evening BBA program offers classes online and at Mercer's Atlanta Campus, Henry County Regional Academic Center and Douglas County Regional Academic Center.


Beginning in 2017, students will be able to complete all program coursework completely online.

Whether you're completing coursework in our classrooms or online, Mercer's flexible format helps you maintain a manageable work-life balance:

  • An individual course meets one night per week.
  • Complete an entire course in an eight-week session.
  • Eight-week sessions enroll five times per year.
  • Comfortably take two classes per week to progress through the degree program more quickly.
  • Supplement on-campus classes with online courses each session or as needed.
  • Seamlessly transfer credits from other institutions to make all of your academic work count.

The Evening Bachelor of Business Administration Program opens doors for career changes through networking, building long-term relationships with faculty and peers, and participating in a business curriculum designed to encourage critical thinking and professional development in the business world. Students in the Evening BBA are transfer or adult students in the Atlanta metro area, looking to earn their BBA degree through evening and online courses. Students are typically working or have family responsibilities in addition to their academic life.

Mercer's Bachelor of Business Administration degree program prepares students to work as business professionals in a wide variety of positions, including: account executive, sales representative, marketing or advertising coordinator, human resource specialist, compensation manager, office manager, credit manager, insurance agent or inventory control specialist.   • $25 Non-refundable Application Fee
    Submit the required application fee in the form of a check or money order made payable to Mercer University. Do not send cash. The application fee is non-refundable and cannot apply toward tuition.
  • Transcripts from All Previously Attended Institutions
    Submit an official transcript from every college or university previously attended regardless of length of stay (including undergraduate, graduate, summer school, and study abroad coursework). Former and current Mercer University students are not required to request a Mercer University transcript. For assistance, contact business.admissions@mercer.edu.

You may also wish to submit a resume summarizing career and civic involvement, though it is not required.

Instructions for Transient Applicants
To enroll as a transient student, submit only the following items:

  • Application for Admission
  • $25 non-refundable application fee
  • Letter of authorization from your home institution that (1) certifies you are in good standing, (2) grants permission to take courses at Mercer and (3) specifies which course(s) may be taken.

Attending Mercer is an investment in your future. The Stetson School of Business and Economics Special Consideration Program provides you with the opportunity to transition seamlessly into one of our graduate business degrees.

Qualified students admitted through the Special Consideration Program to a business graduate program are eligible for a 30% tuition discount and a waiver of the GMAT exam requirement.

Students enrolling in the Evening BBA can take advantage of federal and/or private loan programs to assist with covering the costs of tuition.
