Mercer’s Management major leads students to develop the skills needed to become effective managers in the professional business world. Through a variety of courses such as human resource management, organizational behavior, and leadership, students are prepared to be business leaders in their future careers.

Gain experience

Through a combination of classroom knowledge, special projects, and real-world experience, students will learn how to lead, organize, plan, and monitor performance in the workplace. Upon graduation, students are equipped to succeed in the business workforce.
