The Human Resource Management curriculum leads students to develop and hone the skills necessary to become effective HR managers in a variety of business settings. Students are able to cultivate the essential business skills needed to strengthen their understanding of human resource management.
Individuals who successfully earn the bachelor of business administration degree with a major in human resource management can go on to work as business professionals in positions including: director of human resources, retention manager, compensation director, director of retirement, benefits director, or talent management director.
