Dr. Liz Adair is an Assistant Professor of Management in the Stetson-Hatcher School of Business at Mercer University. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, specializing in organizational behavior and human resource management.

Dr. Adair’s research focuses on leadership, workplace emotions, deviant work behaviors, and employee well-being. Her work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, and she regularly presents her research at national conferences such as the Academy of Management.

At Mercer, Dr. Adair teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in human resource management and organizational behavior. She is committed to creating engaging, applied learning experiences that help students connect management theory to real-world practice. She also serves as a faculty advisor and is actively involved in student mentorship and university service.
