Peter Williams is an instructor of Finance courses in Mercer’s Stetson-Hatcher School of Business & Economics. In addition, he is a consultant to Georgia small businesses, on topics including mergers & acquisitions, financial strategy and management, and capital acquisition and structure.
He has previously been a private equity fund principal, the CFO of a funded internet start-up, and the founder of an M&A advisory firm he operated for 11 years.
