Develop effective human resource management skills

Mercer’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management prepares students to become effective human resources managers in a variety of business settings. In the program, students study modern personnel function and obtain the critical knowledge and skill set to effectively build and grow an organization’s most important asset: its people.

Coursework covers recruitment, employee selection, training, performance appraisal, wage and salary administration, employee benefits, safety management, collective bargaining, and more.

Designed for busy and working adults

Many of our students work, take care of families, and study, so we design our classes to meet the needs of busy adults. Keeping convenience and flexibility in mind, Mercer’s BBA in Human Resource Management is available at Mercer’s Atlanta and Henry County locations, fully online, or through a blended combination of in-person and online classes.

The program enrolls students five times per year in January, March, May, August, and October. Courses are offered in two eight-week sessions during the fall and spring semesters, and one eight-week and one four-week session during the summer semester.
