Extend your impact by developing key business skills
Answering the call to ministry requires leadership, purpose, and a commitment to helping others. Through Mercer’s Combined Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Divinity (M.Div.), students can extend their impact as a servant leader by developing the skills necessary for success in ministry settings with business coursework that complements theological studies. Offered through Mercer University’s School of Business and School of Theology, the combined degree program will develop comprehensive leaders who flourish in various ministry settings.
- Learn practical applications of accounting, finance, marketing, and economics for informed decision making as a leader in ministry
- Prepare for career advancement by developing management and leadership skills
- Apply certain course credits between programs to satisfy both degree requirements
Program structure
Students must meet the admissions requirements for both the School of Theology and the School of Business. Students will apply to each school and must be admitted to both schools before qualifying for the combined degree program. Students will enroll in a combination of online and in-class theology courses and Evening MBA courses on Mercer’s Atlanta campus, and may complete the combined degree program within four years as a full-time student.
