Drive growth and success as a business leader
Mercer’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management prepares students to lead, organize, plan, and monitor performance of the workplace, encouraging positive growth and continued success within any organization.
Develop the analytical, interpersonal, collaborative, and motivational skills that will set you apart as an influential business manager who delivers results. Coursework in the Management major covers theoretical and practical topics ranging from organizational behavior and leadership ethics, to strategic development and innovation management.
Designed for busy and working adults
We understand managing many personal and professional responsibilities, so we design classes with that in mind. The BBA in Management enrolls students in January, March, May, August, and October. Students can complete the degree at Mercer’s Atlanta and Henry County locations, fully online, or through a blended combination of online and in-person classes.
There are two eight-week terms during the fall and spring semesters, as well as one eight-week and one four-week term during the summer semester. On-campus classes meet one night per week, and students can comfortably take two classes weekly while maintaining a work-life balance.
Consider a fulfilling career in management
The key skills acquired in the Management major will enable graduates to successfully serve as liaisons between companies and clients, oversee and direct sales teams, guide and motivate people toward project goals, and carry out the vision of a department or brand new business venture in roles such as:
